We are always looking for stable homes to help our animals settle in to life in Canada. We have animals with various needs. If you have any deal breakers, such as toilet training, separation anxiety, leash manners, fear, special needs, please let us know. We are transparent as possible when placing our dogs to ensure it is the right fit for everyone.

What is the adoption process?
Our adoption process is designed to help ensure the best possible match for both our dogs and adopters. The process includes: • An adoption application
• Reference checks and a short questionnaire
• Virtual and in-person meet & greets
Once everything is complete, you’ll be ready to welcome your newest family member home!
Every dog adopted through Canine Haven Rescue receives comprehensive veterinary care prior to adoption, including:
• Rabies and DHPP vaccinations
• Spay or neuter surgery
• Microchip identification
• Any additional medical care deemed necessary by our veterinarian
• 6-weeks trial pet insurance through Petline Adoptsecure
We are committed to ensuring each dog is healthy, safe, and ready to transition into their forever home.
