Volunteering is a great way to help the animals, have fun and meet like-minded people. Volunteers are the heart of our rescue. We have no paid positions or staff, including the board of directors!

Looking to join our team in a volunteer capacity? Make a positive impact in the lives of animals.
There are many ways to get involved in our community. Don’t live in the GTA? No problem! Many of our volunteer opportunities are remote allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Canada!
We have some volunteers who donate an hour a week and others who donate…well…a lot of time! But how much you would like to commit is totally up to you and don’t worry, if you give us a number now we won’t hold you to it if things change!
We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Adoption – review and approve applications, liaison between applicant and fosterFoster support- make follow-up contact with foster families for wellbeing checks and dog updates
Social Media - Curate and post content on our social media for our organization. Some experience with social media platforms would be beneficial
Website - Work from your home to upload new content onto our website weekly. Experience with WordPress an asset
Drivers – transport dogs to and from the airport and their foster homes
Transport dogs to and from vet clinic and their foster homes
NO TIME TO VOLUNTEER?
We provide medical care, food and supplies. You provide a safe, loving home, until adopted.
We need your help to continue rescuing abused, neglected and homeless animals.
