We expect a response within 2 business days; if no response is provided you will receive an email asking to contact your references to respond to our message.. If our attempt fails after your notification and 2 business days, your application will be removed from our records.

Please notify your Veterinarian to give permission for a Canine Haven Rescue Member to speak with us about your pets (present or past). Vet reference Please provide full name, e-mail and phone number.

Home information requirement - If you are one of the selected applicants you will receive an email with a link to upload 3 or 4 pictures of your main living area and yard (if you have one) or video.

I understand than any misrepresentation of the above information authorizes Canine Haven Rescue to deny any application, and/or reclaim the dog in my home. I acknowledge that Canine Haven Rescue cannot guarantee any dogs against parasites, diseases or destructive behaviours. I will not hold Canine Haven Rescue responsible, nor seek any compensation for damages, medical fees or other liabilities incurred by the dog I may adopt.
