ADOPT A DOG

Find Your Best Furry Friend

Since our dogs can come and go so quickly, we can’t guarantee any of the dogs listed here will be available when you’re ready to adopt. If you have an interest for a dog in our program, please complete the application for adoption. We will review it, however, we only contact those best suited to the dogs needs.

Please note:

If a dog/cat is listed elsewhere as available for adoption (such as Adoptapet or Petfinder) they will be listed on this page soon. However, you do not need to wait until they are on this page to fill out an application, you can do it here for dogs and here for cats

 

We are doing limited meet &  greets due to COVID-19 and are not adopting to anyone outside of the Okanagan.  The safety of our dogs, volunteers, fosters, adopters, and adoption coordinators are our top priority.

Adoptable Pets at Paws It Forward Dog Rescue Society

NOT AVAILABLE – MEDICAL HOLD: This dog is currently on a medical hold until we know more about their medical condition. The timeframe for when this dog will be available is unknown at this time. We will not be accepting any applications or inquiries for a dog with this status⁠⁠.

Adoption Fees for Cats

Under 1 year $500 1 - 10 years $350 Over 10 years $220
